Taking Measurements

Please take all measurements with the help of a trusted assistant--results will not be accurate otherwise. All measurements should also be taken without shoes and with feet pedal-width apart. Centimeters or millimeters are preferred units for length.

You will need:

  • Meter stick
  • Tape measure
  • LP with the cover or carpenter's square
  • A bar about an inch in diameter
  • A surface you can sit on that will place your thighs parallel with the horizon and your lower legs perpendicular to the horizon
