Ordering

All Clockworks are 100% custom and begin with a conversation. First, I'd like to learn a little about you and what type of bike you'd like. If you're local, we can do this over a cup of coffee and I can observe you on your current bike. Your specific body measurements are also needed for the perfect geometry (see Body Measurement Instructions). Using design software and my own experience, I'll draft a rendering or you on your new bike for you to review. Once you've approved the final design it's time for me to start cutting metal.

During our initial conversation I'll provide you with an estimate of the wait time and final price. To be added to the wait list, however, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Quoted prices will not change unless features or components are changed. During the wait time please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that may affect the bike design of your bike.

Once building begins I'll keep you posted with regular pictures of the build process.

Complete component packages are available as well. This allows us to fine-tune the function and aesthetic of your bike as a whole. There's no better time to select components than before the frame has been made. This allows me to take a wider view of the design. Also available are custom forks, stems, and racks.

All Clockwork frames and forks are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship and materials for life under normal use. All components are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
